Kuala Lumpur (ANTARA) - Heboh tari Tor-tor dan Gondang Sambilan milik komunitas Mandailing yang akan segera diakui sebagai warisan budaya nasional Malaysia merupakan kesalahpahaman mengenai pengertian warisan dan bahasa. "Jadi ini merupakan kesalahpahaman," kata Kepala Bidang Penerangan, Sosial, Budaya KBRI untuk Malaysia, Suryana Sastradiredja di Kuala Lumpur, Senin. Suryana mengaku telah menghubungi pihak Kementerian Penerangan, Komunikasi, Kebudayaan Malaysia dan juga Persatuan Masyarakat Mandailing di Malaysia yang memperoleh jawaban bahwa mereka tidak punya maksud untuk mengklaim tari Tor-tor dan Gondang Sambilan ini milik Malaysia. Ia mengatakan, yang dimaksud akta warisan budaya menurut ketentuan di Malaysia adalah pencatatan terhadap warisan budaya yang dimiliki oleh orang-orang Mandailing Malaysia yang asal-usulnya dari Mandailing, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. "Akta warisan kebangsaan tersebut hanya mencatat asal-usul dan bukan untuk mengklaim bahwa budaya Mandailing berasal dari Malaysia," kata Suryana. Ia menerangkan bahwa masyarakat Mandailing sudah datang ke negeri semenanjung ini sejak ratusan tahun lalu dan sudah beranak cucu. Tentunya, keberadaan mereka di negara ini menginginkan seni dan budaya mereka ditampilkan di Malaysia. Mereka berpendapat bahwa seharusnya budaya tersebut diangkat sama tinggi dengan budaya-budaya Indonesia yang sudah lama ada di Malaysia seperti budaya Jawa, Minang ataupun Bugis. "Selama ini, budaya Mandailing tersebut jarang ditampilkan di Malaysia padahal banyak warga negara Malaysia yang keturunan Mandailing," katanya. Untuk itu, dalam kesempatan acara himpunan anak-anak Mandailing di Batu Caves, baru-baru ini mereka meminta agar budaya tari Tor-tor dan Gondang Sambilan dapat dilestarikan dengan dimasukkannya ke dalam akta warisan budaya kebangsaan tahun 2005. Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Menteri Informasi, Komunikasi, dan Kebudayaan Malaysia Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim seperti dikutip Bernama, mengatakan tarian tersebut akan didaftarkan dibawah Section 67 UU tentang warisan budaya nasional tahun 2005. "Namun (pengakuan ini) harus memenuhi persyaratan diantaranya mesti ditampilkan secara periodik, yang artinya tarian dan beat gondang tersebut ditampilkan di depan publik," katanya setelah membuka pertemuan komunitas Mandailing di Kuala Lumpur, Kamis (14/6). Rais mengatakan, promosi budaya Mandailing penting dilakukan untuk mempelajari asal usulnya, serta mempererat persatuan dengan komunitas lain. Sejalan dengan upaya komunitas Mandailing memperkenalkan seni dan budaya maka tentulah diharapkan dapat dukungan dari kementerian untuk diakui dan diekspos ke publik Malaysia. Mobil stasion ini merupakan mobil pemberian dari Pemerintah Kota Salatiga. Para siswa memodifikasi kendaraan ini cukup besar, mencapai belasan juta rupiah. Untuk membelinya pihak sekolah dan Komite Sekolah secara swadaya membeli alat itu. Namun pihak sekolah SMKN 3 Salatiga optimistis bila alat konverter bisa diproduksi massal, hanya membutuhkan dana sekitar Rp 3 juta untuk mengganti mobil dari bahan bakar minyak ke gas. Perawatan mobil bahan bakar gas elpji hampir sama dengan merawat kompor berbahan bakar gas. Yaitu dengan cara memeriksa selang gas dari elpiji yang dihubungkan pada conventer menggunakan air sabun.
